At the end of 2019, the Elecnor Foundation signed an agreement with the IE Foundation, in collaboration with the firm Eversheds Sutherland as technical advisor, to create the IE-Elecnor Observatory on Sustainable Compliance Cultures.
The Observatory aims to provide society and companies with tools to improve organizational compliance management, always taking into account ethical principles and the expectations of different stakeholders on social and environmental issues. The goal is for this initiative to contribute to advancing the fight against business corruption, defending competition law, human and labor rights, and respecting the environment.

Video podcast channel
In the digital world, new communication opportunities always arise for organizations, such as podcasts or video podcasts. In mid-March, Compliance Matters was launched, a video podcast channel to gain a 360-degree business perspective. In the first year, 6 episodes were published, exploring trends and best practices with leading multidisciplinary experts. The podcast version is also available on all major audio platforms. We promote a culture of compliance.
A reference website in compliance
In addition to good information architecture, the website’s spirit is continuous renewal and content updating. For this reason, the Observatory’s editorial and content team publishes monthly updates, relying on professionals and recognized compliance experts. The synergy between the Observatory and IE Law School ensures high-quality publications:
