The aim of this initiative is to train students so that, in the near future, they can become professionals specialized in Elecnor’s core activities and eventually take on site management roles. The Dual Vocational Training modality allows students to acquire the necessary knowledge not only at the educational centre but also by completing internships in companies under the supervision of a tutor.

In 2022, a collaboration agreement was signed with IES Cuatro Caminos (Don Benito, Badajoz). Three students have completed the internships corresponding to their first year of studies: two students carried them out at the Astexol Thermosolar Plant in Badajoz, and a third student at the electrical substation of a photovoltaic park located in Cuenca. In September 2022, they began their second year of training.
